Gigabyte B550 Gaming X experiences random shutdowns during software or game launches.
New PC build with B550 Gaming X BIOS - F11N R7 5800X Trident Z 16GB x2 at 3200MHz (F4-3200C16-16GTZR) paired with Gigabyte Vision 3080 Rog Strix 850W Gold. Occasionally crashes during game launches or heavy apps like DaVinci Resolve due to low temperatures. Attempted changes to PSU, GPU, RAM, formatting, SSD swaps – nothing resolved the issue. Sometimes the system enters games and runs indefinitely without crashing, other times it powers off unexpectedly. Event Viewer shows only 41 entries with no detailed logs. Disabling Core Boost helped temporarily. XMP settings don’t seem to affect stability at the moment. Manually setting BIOS to 4.3GHz 1.25V achieved 95% stability. Trying 4.4GHz 1.25V caused crashes again. Highing LLC improved things slightly, but Core Boost still fails. It seems the CPU isn’t receiving enough voltage. Overall, this BIOS is problematic. Need a fix for Gigabyte.

The bios now reads f11p, it resolves every problem! They dropped it last day.
