Hi, I have a minor issue. I recently purchased a motherboard from Gigabyte. After connecting the components, everything worked fine. I installed Windows and restarted, but then it crashed completely. The computer started up normally, but the screen went black and the motherboard LEDs stopped working. I waited around five minutes without any improvement, then waited longer—about thirty minutes—and eventually the PC turned on with a working display. This happened more than once. A friend noticed something in the BIOS restart button and found it still pressed, so we unplugged it. After trying to power it on again, it rebooted, but the screen and board remained unresponsive. We also tried using a different power supply, but it didn’t help. Anyone else have experienced this problem? Thanks in advance for your advice.
