Have you checked if the BIOS was updated on your board? This often fixes memory problems. The memory controller for Zen 2 performs much better than those in Zen and Zen+ models. It should handle DDR4-3200 without trouble—this is the official speed supported by Ryzen 3000 processors.

The Ripjaws V DDR4-3200 works well with a Zen 2 CPU. You should be able to install it and turn on XMP without trouble. Check that your BIOS is current, as this might have been involved in issues with the previous system you used. The update can help with memory compatibility.

It functions properly under normal conditions, though Prime 95 encounters a fatal error when XMP is activated, while testing works smoothly without it.

Consider enabling XMP and adjusting RAM speed manually to 3133 or 3000 to test its effectiveness.
