Not sure about the situation. I've tested two PSUs and am looking for a CPU to check more. It's been a while since I needed to fix things without something to replace, so it's a bit frustrating.

It seems it's either a BIOS issue or the motherboard. I've tested a 2200G and it's behaving the same. The onboard LEDs switch from the CPU through RAM to VGA and then stop working.

I just shared my approach using a Gigabyte Aorus Z490 Pro AX with an i5-10600k processor. The issue was with VGA output and integrated graphics not displaying the BIOS screen. I removed the video card and reset the CMOS without success. Then I applied a Qflash update to the BIOS, and it worked!
