I have had this issue basically since I got the motherboard, it worked for a week and started doing as the title says and hasn't stopped I looked on heaps of forums but count find anything about my problem as all the things I found were about the computer not posting and the fan stopping when it doesn't post at all I currently have the CPU fan (Wraith Prism cooler) plugged into the CPU OPT fan header and that works just fine but even with a different fan that works in other headers (it is currently plugged into the CPU header) it still spins when I power on the PC but turns off just before the beep from a successful post. the motherboard is out of Warranty and there is physically nothing wrong with the PC (and the motherboard) and was wondering if anyone has had the same issue and has any solutions any help is appreciated!

I haven't refreshed the BIOS due to an unclear issue, and it seems the system detects the fan as powered on but reports 0 RPM. The CPU warning triggers a speaker alert when I power it up again. I plan to update the BIOS and check the outcome.
