On the product page it isn't specified, so I assume that's not the case. You can always find a budget USB adapter instead.

For wifi and bluetooth needs, I recommend purchasing the ASUS AC55BT—it covers both!

When it isn't mentioned, assume it doesn't exist. There seems to be no M.2 Key E port for installation; you'll need a PCIe card or USB adapter instead.
