The system runs without problems, but during Windows 10 boot it displays circles, then the screen becomes blank. The CPU and DRAM indicators flash rapidly on the motherboard. This occurs no matter which storage device is used. My attempts so far include: booting from a Windows 10 USB drive (same problem), removing all RAM and testing one working stick, updating the BIOS and changing the switch position, swapping the GPU, and even disconnecting all drives except the Samsung Evo. When I try to boot from USB, I encounter a SYSTEM Handles error or similar message, which resets itself and restarts the process. Voltages and temperatures are normal according to the BIOS readings. I’m running out of options except to discard it. Please assist before things get worse.

Have you also explored using a Linux USB drive? Starting from a live Linux environment such as Ubuntu or Mint could provide additional insights into the system's stability. This might indicate an issue with the CPU rather than the motherboard, because booting into BIOS works smoothly even when the CPU isn't actively processing.

The idea came to me, so I plan to install Ubuntu, create a live USB, and test it.

The Ubuntu desktop is not launching properly again. This problem persists consistently.
