I assembled my PC two months back and forgot to connect the Wi-Fi card. Since then, I've been using a Netgear adapter. After upgrading to 1 gig internet, I'm hoping for better speeds. The Netgear adapter only handles 867 Mbps. On checking the Z390 Pro Wi-Fi page, it says with the included adapter it can reach 1733 Mbps. Once I connected the adapter, I got 867 Mbps instead. I changed the connections and still didn't see a difference. I haven't found any instructions in the manual about this issue. I assumed it was just a plug-and-play setup. Thanks!

Lab settings and ideal performance numbers are far beyond what you can achieve, and most routers won’t handle advanced MIMO features.
The router shows a maximum speed of 1733mbps for 5GHz, but your device is only reaching 867mbps. It seems the antenna setup or configuration might be affecting performance. You probably don’t need to change anything else—just ensure the antenna connections are secure and properly aligned.
It's interesting you're receiving a signal without the antenna; simply installing it should resolve the issue.
