Hi, I received an Aorus Pro AX x570s paired with my AMD Ryzen 5900x. It seems the Wi-Fi isn't connecting properly from the start. Despite downloading the AMD drivers, I'm unsure they're installing correctly. When launching the .exe, it abruptly stops without any notice or confirmation. I suspect the drivers are installed but aren't providing feedback like "installation complete." Bluetooth works fine, and I can see other Bluetooth devices in my home network. In Device Manager, no Wi-Fi adapter appears—just a blank entry under Bluetooth. I've attached a screenshot for reference. Could anyone help or should I consider returning the board?

Look up the Intel driver and support assistant, then proceed with installation. Good luck!

My board uses a Rev. 1.1 model, and I think that indicates an AMD Wi-Fi chip rather than an Intel one. The support page on the Gigabyte website lists "AMD Wi-Fi" as the correct driver. Are there similar options available specifically for AMD devices?

Go with the Intel option. Your Ethernet device is definitely Intel-based. I think the Wi-Fi setup should work fine.

I recently started using it, but the system reported that no compatible drivers or updates exist for your setup. I checked several times to confirm, even after trying multiple updates.
