Gigabyte Aorus i pro wifi x570 uses the latest F36d BIOS. According to the notes, rebar won't work in Windows. GPU-z shows "Above 4G Decode enabled" as No and "Resizable BAR enabled" as No. All other conditions are satisfied and GPU-z confirms "Yes." I switched them to Disabled, restarted, then reverted to Enabled and Auto. Windows and GPU-z remained unaffected. The BIOS adjustments didn't produce any changes. Anyone else experiencing problems with this board? Is this a recognized issue in the F36d BIOS?
You didn't turn off CSM mode, right? It might need to be deactivated.
Gigabytes BIOS tends to have issues. You need to reset your CMOS and then configure everything (possibly clearing CMOS several times).
Hey there, glad you reached out. I’ve got the same issue with my Aorus x570i—turning on the 'above 4G decoding' setting doesn’t help at all. Even after changing it in BIOS and restarting, the option stays off everywhere I check. I followed your advice to reset the CMOS and apply my saved BIOS settings, and it finally worked perfectly. AMD SAM is now active. Your help was really valuable; that’s exactly what I needed. Thanks!
