Hey everyone, we're developing a budget system and discovered a solid deal on the Mobo (Gigabyte Aorus 450M). Will this card support a Ryzen 5 3600 right out of the box, or will it require a BIOS update with an older CPU? Some say yes, others think not. Any additional insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead!

It should arrive with the latest bios, which is common for most b450 boards these days. If the packaging mentions 'Ryzen 3000 ready,' it will likely ship that way. Msi's b450 MAX boards come with support for Zen 2's AGESA out of the box. Off topic though, a vdh max or pro 4 would perform significantly better than this board.
