You just put the Gigabyte AERO X570 board in, but the VGA indicator stays lit. I swapped out my previous motherboard since the South bridge fan failed. I moved the GPU to one I’m certain works but still face the same issue. The CPU is a Ryzen 7 3700X, GPU is Radeon 5700X, and I’ve tested GTX 1070.

It should work as expected since I used it earlier today. After swapping the motherboard, I still have an older power supply, but it doesn’t provide enough watts.

Additionally, the GPU lights illuminate as well. They also display red when there isn't sufficient power.
