Hey there! So my friend from Canada is facing some trouble with her computer. We’ve tried our best to assist, but the issue keeps coming up. I thought it might help if we gather more insights from others. Her setup includes:

- AMD Ryzen 5 3600 processor
- Gigabyte B550I Aorus Pro Ax graphics card
- AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT
- T-Force Delta DDR4 16GB RAM (3200MHz)
- Seagate Firecuda 1TB SSD
- Windows 10 Pro
- Inwin A1 Plus Pink case with 650W PSU

The main problem is that after updating the GPU driver and installing Fortnite, she experiences freezing screens, artifacts, and frequent crashes. Even after a clean Windows install, her monitor goes black during streaming or browsing, and sometimes the second screen freezes for a couple of minutes before shutting down. Recently, when swapping GPUs with a friend, her PC crashed three times while using Adobe Lightroom, though another user didn’t have similar issues.

She’s tried everything: driver updates, stress tests, memory checks, moving games to SSD, disabling XMP, and even repairing system files. Still, the crashes persist—especially when using the second monitor or streaming. It’s a bit puzzling since temperatures are normal and no BSOD appears during normal browsing.

She is using BIOS version F2a with the chipset driver that comes with Windows after a clean installation, but it was never updated.

Check the official support page for the B550 I AORUS PRO AX rev 10. It mentions no F2a and if it's F2, it's outdated. The latest version is 1.2.0.7, which resolves many issues. Avoiding chipset drivers can prevent significant problems. Also see AMD's support for AM4 chipsets on their site.

AGESA is the core component of the BIOS, managing communication between the CPU and memory, chipset, and peripherals.

The system is experiencing a BSOD due to a kernel security check failure. Consider checking drivers, updating the OS, or running a diagnostic tool.

Also, check WhoCrashed and BlueScreenView to identify the exact cause of the crash.
