Hello everyone, Your question is clear. Since you already have Windows 10 on your laptop—including tablet mode—I wonder if you can apply that license to your new PC build. Do you need a separate license for the new device? Thanks!

It seems your Windows 10 is registered via your account, and logging in on both your desktop and laptop treats it as an activated system.
