Sure, I can try to assist you. Have you looked into official sources or community forums for downloading MS Paint?

It’s important to understand that MS Paint comes with Windows by default. If you’re looking for the older version, just accept it has the same capabilities. You can ignore the newer updates. Avoid installing programs that promise to be old versions of MS Paint online—they can be risky. This method is quite effective for gaining access.

I recently gave it a try; it's tough to overlook these new features, especially since the explanations feel very vague. P. to be honest, many of these changes weren’t present 30 years ago—though I still enjoy it!

The earlier versions of Microsoft Paint were always included with older Windows releases, not available as standalone freeware. (You seem to be referring to the classic Paint with Windows XP.) For a more capable and legally shareable image editor, consider Paint.NET and GiMP.
