Cyberpunk was crashing unexpectedly for my fiancé. The app stopped working completely, and I’ve tried installing different versions for both x64 and x86. After restarting the PC, I’m still facing issues—pressing the power button for five seconds doesn’t shut it down properly. Any advice or solutions would be appreciated. Thanks for the image quality.

Tell me about your hardware. I noticed you mentioned AMD—what model do you have? Also, the 5-second power button isn’t functioning? Do you need to disconnect it from the wall?

Issue occurred with game 7800xt and Intel 12400. It’s her PC. A suggestion was made to install redistribute packages, but whenever it asks to restart, it freezes on that screen. I tried shutting it down, but it keeps freezing each time. Now it won’t turn on even after being blocked due to that message.

I had to restart the PC, and I'll check how it turns out. If the game keeps crashing, I'll switch back to that old AMD and go with NVIDIA again. I'm really upset.

It might not be the AMD part. I run Cyberpunk on an AMD setup with both CPU and GPU. A complete reinstall seems reasonable. Have you performed a full system reset?

It's a brand new PC. It's been running for about a week. I'm resetting it now, and it's currently at 62% for 10 minutes.
