PSU performs adequately; however, if the VRM leads to CPU throttling, you'll notice it through the clock speed. Use software such as hwinfo or cpu-z for monitoring.

I never reduces the clock speed unless it slows down when exceeding 70°C, which isn’t happening, so it’s not a problem. I didn’t note that my graphics card model is revision 4; it features a thicker heat pipe since the earlier version struggled with overheating.

There are multiple cores available on the CPU. You can also adjust the update frequency for BF4 CTE to automatic.

they perform the same task without variation, it's an FX8350 model with 8 cores, and the update rate doesn't matter. Edit: I'm considering reassembling my Intel i5 2500k to see if performance improves (that would require replacing the power supply, RAM, graphics card, and hard drive).
