I've been stuck in a repeat cycle for the past few months. I download the latest update, but during installation I only reach about 24% before reverting to the previous Windows version. It lasts a few days, then updates restart and I keep getting prompts until I do. It seems I'm stuck between version 1709 and 1803. Do I just accept it or should I perform a fresh install? Would deleting old updates help? Any guidance would be really appreciated. If my issue isn't clear, feel free to ask more questions.

Using the Media Creation Tool is helpful for updates via USB. The Windows 10 Update Assistant doesn't work well in this case.
