I built my first system recently. It includes an RTX 3080, AMD Ryzen 9 3900X, AMD RYZEN 9 3900X, ASUS Strix 850W, ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F, and other components like the Corsair Force MP510. After some research, I realized my motherboard might not support my CPU well enough. I’m considering upgrading to an Asus ROG X570 Crosshair VIII. Or maybe it’s overkill for performance gains? My main concern is the VRM quality—it could fail and cause issues. For advanced PC enthusiasts, I’d appreciate your advice.
The VRM won’t cause major issues. If the CPU runs at full load, the biggest risk is overheating the VRM, which can slow down the CPU’s clock speed. The X570 Crosshair VII is too much for your needs; a B550 Tomahawk or B550-E works fine, and you can even go lower to a X570 TUF Plus or X570-F.
Thank you for your feedback. It seems my current graphics card isn't handling the CPU even at its lowest settings. Switching to a different card would likely improve performance. Additionally, I encountered issues with my BIOS not allowing me to set RAM to 3200MHz.

It can be confusing, but it depends on the situation. If it refers to a game or system, it might mean something is working well or needs attention. Whether it's good or bad isn't clear without more context. You can likely play RDR2 at maximum settings and 4K quality, but make sure your hardware supports it to avoid issues.
