This behavior happens when your monitors enter sleep mode after a touch, causing brief flashes before they fully wake up. It seems the system is trying to stabilize after each flash. To fix it, ensure your monitor settings are optimized for wake-up speed and consider adjusting the sleep timeout or using a more responsive power management profile. If the issue persists, check for firmware updates or consult your hardware manufacturer.

Monitor configurations vary, with some having unstable processes and others experiencing minor disruptions. Understanding your environment would be beneficial.

Sure, I'm certain you're using the LG 27" UltraGear 27GP83B QHD Nano IPS at 165Hz as your main display and the Acer 27" Predator XF270H at 144Hz as your secondary option.

They mentioned using the better monitor and turning off the ACER. I'm unsure if they improved their quality control since ACER had the worst experiences with me. It's possible things have changed. If you connect just that monitor, does the problem continue? Understanding your PC's GPU model could be useful. Have a great day!

When using just one monitor, the issue doesn't appear, but with both connected it happens. Your setup includes an i7 12700KF processor, 32GB DDR4 RAM, ROG STRIX Z690-A motherboard, and an RTX 2080 Super GPU.

I own two monitors—one Samsung Odyssey G7 with a 32-inch screen and another Dell 3007. They rotate and sometimes flicker, but I’ve disabled the power-saving mode to prevent this issue. That was the only solution I could think of.

Have you experimented with matching refresh rates to observe any differences?

We need to investigate what might be causing the issue between the two monitors. Here are some suggestions: Check if they're connected to separate electrical circuits—different breakers in the panel can help. Use an extension cord if your space doesn’t have dual circuits. Keep the video cables apart to minimize interference. Experiment with different GPU ports or connectors based on what your monitors and cables support. Adjust the refresh rate of both monitors so they align, starting at 60Hz and increasing gradually until the problem resolves. Test with another computer to confirm consistency. Good luck!
