Someone mentioned an iVNN1337 with an ivy bridge i3 on competitive 128 Tick servers achieving over 150 fps, so the performance gap is minimal. The case should work fine, but be cautious as the GPU supports up to 490mm—like the ASUS Strix wouldn't fit (it's 492mm). Regarding the GPU, it's possible to remove some drives. I also saw a deepcool dukase v2 and a Zalman case with 290mm, which is close to the Strix's size. I'm still trying to organize my thoughts.

Isokolon :
iVNN1337 :
I have a buddy with an ivy bridge i3. On competitive 128 Tick servers he achieves over 150 fps, so the performance gap is minimal. The setup is fine, just be mindful the GPU supports up to 490mm—like the ASUS Strix wouldn’t fit (it’s about 492mm). Regarding the GPU, can I swap out some drives? If not, would you mind checking the Deepcool DuKase V2?
A 290mm model in the Zalman case works well with the Strix (298mm).
I’m a bit confused about my thoughts…
I couldn’t locate quick specs for the V2, but a regular Deepcool DuKase seems suitable.
Would you recommend another case under 80£ that fits the Strix, or should I just pick a different one?
🙁
