Checking the TP-Link AX1800 WiFi 6 Router, here are some thoughts: it offers solid performance for a mid-range model, good coverage in typical homes, and decent speed. If you need advanced features like mesh networking or high throughput, consider upgrading later. Otherwise, it’s a solid choice for most users. Thanks!

What is the size of your space? Are there any areas without activity? What financial limits do you have in mind?

Find a few areas without water in the back of the house and keep the budget around $80.

TPLink stands out among the budget brands. The main concern about the router you mentioned is that it doesn’t offer the necessary throughput for WAN to LAN and LAN to WAN connections, which determines the speed of the internet connection the router can handle.

Currently what I'm using is the AX50. It offers 4x4 MU-MIMO support and can reach speeds above 2x2 with a WiFi 6 2x2 client. You won't hit 1Gbps, but it could get close under the right conditions.
