After waiting a week, my ISP delivered another router (same type, but different model) and everything is now working properly. However, the issue persists—I still encounter the same problem. The Windows Troubleshooter can resolve it each time I turn on my PC, but I have to run it every single time. It says "IP does not have a valid configuration" and then fixes it. Now I don’t need to restart my computer, but I’m forced to use the troubleshooter regularly.
