is it safe to keep this setup as it is (picture)? i own an fx 6300 and gtx 960 ssc. i'm just curious, since i don't experience any crashes or issues, are the voltage and temperatures stable? i prefer not to overclock too much and i'm using the stock cooler. thanks guys.

4.1 GHz should work well on the stock cooler at those temperatures. It seems you haven't changed the CPU voltage, and the GPU temperatures are normal. You might not see a significant performance increase at this speed, especially since only a few modules are active. However, most games may still run fine.
