I think you should use a tool such as https://rufus.akeo.ie/ to prepare a USB drive

There are many guides online that show this process clearly. I've set up Windows 10 on all my family's machines with this approach.

With the key for Win 10, simply get the ISO from torrents for the required version and use Rufus to write it onto a USB drive.
