This feature is available only after upgrades. Kinguin appears to be solid, though I haven't tried it yet.

I put in Windows 10 last year on the wife's computer and it’s working fine without a key. The desktop background can’t be changed and there’s a message, but everything runs well. My gaming PC has a key from Kinguin and it performs really well.
