I really value the suggestions and if it truly improves performance more, I wouldn't hesitate to trade in the 4070 for the 4080 since I haven't built it yet. However, the only 4080 Supers I've seen are priced near $1100 USD, while I bought the 4070 Ti Super for $850 USD, which would add about $250 USD.

The Motharboard is a bit costly. Reduce the amount a little. And the best choice is to get a Gigabyte Board with all the necessary features. Most importantly, please return the PSU and receive the Corsair model I mentioned. Don't compromise on the PSU cost. If the GPU isn't feasible because of price differences, then settle for the RTX4070Ti. But if possible, replace the PSU.
