I don’t mind RGB lighting and would prefer everything to remain black. All items were recently purchased from Amazon, and the CPU is still pending shipment.

Questions:
1. I noticed my case only has two fans, so I’m considering adding four more—two Noctua NF-F12 and two Noctua NF-A14. Are these fans suitable? Do they fit? Will I need a fan hub? Should I swap the NZXT fans in the case for the Noctua models?
2. Am I really needing an anti-static wrist rest? What’s the risk of damaging anything without it?
Note: The build will be on a wooden desk with carpet flooring.
3. On PCPartPicker, my motherboard requires a specific BIOS version to support the CPU. How can I check the BIOS version without opening it? Should I still install the newest BIOS if an older one is present?
4. How many flash drives will I require? One for Windows? One for drivers? Can everything fit on a single drive?
5. I intend to keep my current 1TB M.2 drive and install the new 2TB M.2 drive alongside it.
What’s the best method to erase the data from the existing drive?
Which Windows installation media should I use?
6. Should I choose Windows 10 or Windows 11? Better for gaming/performance?
I’m using Windows 10 on my current PC but used Windows 11 at school, so I’m familiar with both.
Thank you in advance!

I would personally attempt to examine the fans inside your case before investing further. I can't determine what the internal components will be like.
2. I'm curious about the source of this suggestion.

Empty list.
For a proper list, the URL should include an identifying section behind it.
E.g., like this:
https://fr.pcpartpicker.com/user/Aerlya/saved/QBtZLk
This is my main build, Skylake. Photos of it are in my profile.
Yes.
Yes. Two 140mm units can fit as front intake while two 120mm can work as top exhaust.
No. Your motherboard has six SYS_FAN headers, allowing you to link all your case fans, one per header.
Since the PC case comes with a single 120mm rear exhaust fan, it makes no sense to remove that.
The second 120mm fan, positioned at a 45-degree angle for bottom intake, can be retained if you believe your GPU needs extra cooling—though it's not required. (I would keep it.)
Wrist rest or wrist band? These are completely different products. Which one are you referring to?
Standing on carpet is high; wearing socks makes it even worse.
Carpet is one of the worst surfaces for electrostatic buildup in your body.
One.
After installing Windows, you can use your PC to access the internet and download additional drivers or utilities.

The link needs adjustment. I plan to purchase a wristband instead of a wrist rest and will buy one just in case when I get the fans. For the M.2s, I want to decide which one is better for storing games. I’m assuming the 2TB option because it’s faster and larger.

Did you really understand what OP mentioned?
Specifically, this section:
So, @King Dranzer, next time you read OP's comments before posting.
If you have alternative ways to stabilize yourself—like touching metal pipes or heating elements—then the ESD wrist band isn't essential. You might even be able to ground yourself when a PSU is connected to the mains and you touch the metal casing.
However, a wrist band can still be handy since it doesn’t require purchasing a non-functional "wireless" version. A proper ESD wrist band should be connected to a solid ground point. For example, the one offered by GamersNexus:
https://store.gamersnexus.net/products/e...oint-cable
There’s also an in-depth video on ESD wrist bands here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m54ifTCgtN4
For gaming, it’s best to keep the OS drive and game files together. Using a 2TB drive for the OS plus games would be ideal.

Maybe a bit late again, as always. Haha. Thanks for bringing it out. I would have missed it. But man, if Amazon hadn't started the process yet, he could have fixed things or canceled them if needed.

Many people wait to seek assistance before making a purchase, but some individuals have already bought items they like and then ask further questions, similar to OP here.
Once parts are ordered, it's not really necessary to cancel or modify the order to adjust the build. Although a more refined build might offer a better price-to-performance ratio, ultimately the current build is what OP prefers—it belongs to their PC, not ours. Therefore, I keep the build unchanged (no issue with the choice made by OP) and concentrate on addressing follow-up inquiries instead.
