My settings have been updated. Here is the link to my current Firestrike Score: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/18318661?
The artifact occurred due to insufficient power delivery from the VRAM (GPU core stealing more from the VRM) or because the original cooler wasn't enough to cool the VRM area properly. It's best to determine your graphics card's maximum power draw without increasing the clock speed later. There isn't a perfect fan orientation for every build; based on my experience, warm air isn't effectively circulating inside the iTX case. You can try clearing the air around cables using a zip tie, a velcro strap, and non-conductive tape. If your mini iTX has a CPU air cooler with a rear exhaust, ensure proper intake to draw warm air from the CPU cooler. Consider using a quiet fan like Silent Wings 3 or MegaFlow, rated above 1000RPM, such as a fan with a demiflex dust filter. I won't set the OC as a daily preset; instead, I use it manually. Performance and power consumption are balanced at a 1:1 factory setting, while manual OC adjustments range from 2:4 to 2:5, allowing for extra performance. This approach was demonstrated in the Corsair Octane Render video.
Thank you for the revised MSI image. I copied your configurations and am satisfied with the outcome. It appears to perform better at 66°C maximum and achieves a higher FPS in Unigine Valley Benchmark. Here is the link to my score: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0bTS4X...sp=sharing
