Get recommendations for building AdvicePC?
Hello everyone!
I wanted to share my build with you since I could use some helpful ideas.
I’d like to note that I’ve already bought the CPU and GPU. Now I’m concentrating on the remaining parts. Here’s what I have listed.
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU - ASUS Dual GeForce® RTX 4070 OC Edition 12GB
MOBO -
GIGABYTE B650 AORUS Elite AX
RAM -
CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30 AMD EXPO iCUE
SSD -
SAMSUNG 980 PRO SSD with Heatsink 2TB PCIe Gen 4 NVMe M.2 Internal Solid State Drive
PSU -
Corsair RM850x (2021) Fully Modular ATX Power Supply - 80 PLUS Gold - Low-Noise Fan - Zero RPM - Black
Cooler - ???
Case - ???
I need to:
Check if all components work together well.
Find alternatives that offer better performance without higher costs.
Decide on the best case and cooler (air or liquid).
Welcome to the forums, newcomer! You might want to stylize your post akin to this thread; *How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice* How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice First off, respect where respect is due - this is an adaptation of the Animal's *How To Ask For New Build Advice* Sticky. I created this because there's a lot of posts nowadays asking for upgrade advice both on here and on the CPU forums, and I feel... forums. Out of the box, yes, they will all go along.
This unit includes a front panel with type C and ARGB fans. It features a large air cooler that displays temperature readings. It supports a fast PCIe 4.0 SSD, a Tier A ATX 3.0 PSU, and recommends the 4070 only for ray tracing enthusiasts.

for extended use, i recommend the current gen 7800XT. the 6950XT uses more power but offers slightly better fps. if the cost of the 6950XT is cheaper than the 7800XT, that's the choice.
