Review the blacklisted terms for accuracy. You might also need to adjust the INTI RAM image.
Consider using dracut with a fedora style or the mentioned command in other distros. Adjust settings in /etc/modprobe.d and create a config file as needed.
Essentially same, you should use IOMMU instead of AMD. Swap in Radeon and AMD GPU. Not everything is required—like the nested virtual For me it was just to turn IOMMU on in BIOS (I was on AMD AM3 with FX 8350)—install Fedora and Virtual Manager, set up a Windows 10 VM (default settings). Blacklist Nivau too (also worked with 5450). Enable IOMMU in GRUB. Add PCI devices to the VM. You can also try with a network card, sound card, or RAID card since those usually pass through easily.
I installed Fedora and went through the instructions carefully. I changed the PCI-E slots so my POST functions on the 780Ti. Now the R9 doesn’t have any kernel drivers installed. It doesn’t have a Radeon or AMD GPU, and there’s no VFIO enabled either. That’s why it can’t be passed through yet.
