The system seems to have a problem. When I press the power button, it powers on with RGB lighting and fans, but the CPU fan briefly spins for a nanosecond before stopping. After holding the power button, it shuts down completely. Waiting a few seconds, I restart it and it boots normally without any errors or warnings. This has been happening more often lately, and I feel something unusual is developing.

Start by inspecting the RAM modules, taking them out one at a time. Next, verify the power supply; switch to a different PSU and observe if the issue persists. Then examine the CPU and motherboard connections. By following these steps, you should identify the problem and replace the defective component.

Sometimes RAM can act out with anger, needing a CMOS reset to get going. Usually it works fine, but certain CPUs with specific cases might not start at all.
