Here are a few things to think about... mostly that fish tank case. Those cases suck in air from the side, so you want your intake fans on the front so they blow cool air over the parts. People who use these cases usually add many 120mm fans to get better cooling. If you spend as much time gaming as I do, you need a cooler case.
Another thing: if you want a fancy power supply, check out the Seasonic Vortex. It has a 12-year warranty and is really tough like armor. A 1200W unit gives your system some extra room to breathe so it doesn't have to work as hard, which means it lasts longer.
The last point: if you want a fancy computer board, look at an Asus ROG model. It lets you update the BIOS without taking out the CPU and RAM. This gives your case much better airflow plus looks cool in the lights, even if you use an AIO cooler. Just swap out that 140mm exhaust fan for this 140mm ARGB one below to get all the effects. Add it to that build with the ARGB controller and USB port. You can find it on Amazon and B&H Photo at https://www.newegg.com/p/1BK-07N9-00001 And here is what you get:

If you need RGB RAMs: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/9R...dr...6ga2-tz5rk The O11 XL has 4 USB ports and a Type C port. Front Panel is USB, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A. The Taichi lite comes with: 1 USB4 Type-C (Rear), 1 USB 3.2 Gen2x2 Type-C (Front), 3 USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A (Rear), and 10 USB 3.2 Gen1 (8 Rear, 2 Front). So you need a USB header for one of the front type A ports. You can leave it unused or closed if you want. The radiator compatibility isn't listed properly on PCPP. You can use either the side or the bottom for your GPU fan. No worries since you're using an AIO cooler, so there should be no RAM issues. @Why_Me seasonic is great, but the dark power 13 is also a good unit; it sits high up on HWbusters PSU charts. ROG mobo boards are great, but they cost more than Gigabyte or Asrock boards. The Taichi lite is a great value for money if you buy the Mobo. If you want that O11 look, try this case instead: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/tXhv6h/...23tg_dbk01
This build is basically overkill for what you're trying to do. You need a big monitor, sure, but spending that much money on the rest of it? Not really needed. A 4090 in the games you play will still give you super high FPS, even at 1440p. For example, Overwatch is so easy with a 4090 at 1440p, running at 360fps or better on a potato computer. This setup is basically free candy. https://www.notebookcheck.net/RTX-4...2-...005.0.html I cut some things down here just to keep it simple, so you get an X670E motherboard, 64 gigabytes of RAM, and a 360hz 1440p monitor.
