hi, i need help with trying to build a modern low-latency computer that works great for serious gaming without worrying about the price. sorry if my part selection is confusing or not so good; I am new to this and don't know much about dpc latency or OS speed compared to hardware. here are some parts from pcpartpicker.com: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Zb4BVW 6/13/24

If you want the best gear in town: a top-notch B650 motherboard with huge VRMs, an awesome air cooler, fast RAMs, and PCIe 5.0 SSDs, plus a hybrid GPU. Put your exhaust fan at the very top so fresh cool air hits your cooler. The case comes with front panel Type C connectors and looks like it belongs in a Tier A Platinum setup.

Here is what you are getting:
* **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, which runs at 4.2 GHz and has eight cores ($339.99).
* **Cooler for CPU:** Thermalright Phantom Spirit EVO with a fan that blows out 69 CFM of air ($49.90).
* **Motherboard:** ASRock B650E Taichi Lite, which uses the AM5 socket and is rated EATX class ($259.99).
* **RAM:** Patriot Viper Venom with 32 GB (two sticks of 16 GB) using DDR5 memory at 7000 MT/s ($109.99).
* **Storage:** Crucial T700 2TB NVMe drive that connects via PCIe 5.0 and holds 4x data channels ($254.99).
* **Graphics Card:** MSI SUPRIM LIQUID X GeForce RTX 4090 with 24 GB of video memory ($1749.99).
* **Case:** Phanteks XT PRO ULTRA, which is a Mid Tower design and costs $69.99.
* **Power Supply:** FSP Group Hydro PTM X PRO, Gen5 rated at 1000 Watts with 80+ Platinum certification and full modularity ($170.00).
* **Software:** Microsoft Windows 11 Home on an OEM disc (64-bit) for $119.99.
* **Monitor:** Acer Predator X27U, a 27-inch screen with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 and refresh rates up to 240 Hz ($729.99).

The final cost for everything is $3854.82. These prices include shipping, taxes, and any discounts that were active when this list was made on June 12, 2024.

Looking at this from just a gaming point of view, plus how well the platform supports it, AM5 is definitely the right choice. The 7800X3D is currently the fastest CPU for pure gaming, and the AM5 platform will keep getting support until 2027, so you can upgrade later if needed. When it comes to GPUs, the RTX 4090 is the best card around, but you're paying a lot for that one. I wrote a full review of an RTX 4080 Super because it's coming out soon and covers all the cards people are likely buying now. You could wait a few months and check how things look later; at that time, AMD will probably release their new Ryzen chips, Intel might drop some Core models, and NVIDIA and AMD might have even better graphics cards too. Check this link for more info: https://www.techpowerup.com/review/nvidi...on/32.html

You need fast RAM for the Ryzen chips. Look for 6000mhz or higher speeds that are low latency, like CL30 or CL32. If your motherboard has PCIe 5.0 support, make sure you buy a really good SSD instead of wasting money on slow ones. The Suprim X liquid is actually cheaper than the Founder's edition and runs at faster boost clocks too. Putting the radiator as an exhaust fan helps keep things cool inside the case just like I said. If you wait until next month for the X870 motherboard, it will give you USB 4.0 support. Instead of thinking about that big monitor, look at this one: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-MAG-271QPX-QD...149&sr=8-3. This OLED panel cuts through motion blur so that BenQ Dyac plus is not as useful anymore.

Here is that link. I am looking at it on the Amazon page and then checking part picker to see if these parts work together. What do you think about them?
