It should work fine. QVL usually doesn't carry much meaning; they tested only a small amount of RAM, around 3000-3200MHz, and that should be sufficient. Zen 2 requires a BIOS update for B450 boards, though most have already been updated. Ensure the case has the "Ryzen 3000 Ready" sticker. For the 3600XT B450 Pro 4 it makes sense. The Strix B450-F is quite poor, supporting only 75A compared to the Pro 4's 100A. The Strix B450-E is a bit better but significantly more expensive.
