You might start with a 3000Mhz and test it. If successful, increase it to 3200Mhz. Ryzen RAM is quite limited, so verify motherboard compatibility by checking the supported RAM list. Even without compatible RAM, most systems still function on the board.

Reviewed the MoBo QVL—it’s quite outdated. No current RAM options listed. On Gskill, most 3200 MHz CL16 models appear compatible with the MoBo.

They're mostly older models running at 2933 MHz. I need a 3200 MHz setup since MoBo supports that frequency. The current MoBo QVL is no longer reliable. That's why it's helpful to ask users who have used this system with the CPU about the RAM they installed.

Not ASRock but Asus B450-f with 3600x RAM. It should work well, especially with dual-channel support for two DIMMs.

It's usually fine, but I need to make sure. Some ASRock boards can be tricky with RAM, and since this is my first build, I don’t want any mistakes delaying the rest of the project.
