Yes, that’s correct. You can blacklist all the listed IP addresses in your router settings to block connections from the WSUS server to the internet.

The commands should still function, but running DISM might require additional steps depending on your environment.

I believe I discovered another list, though it seems similar to what I used before. Keep in mind that anything after this block won’t be able to receive Windows Updates. Use the Microsoft Store or other Microsoft-supplied downloads instead. It depends on what command you run. If it needs a blocked MS server, it’s likely to fail.

Thanks for the helpful suggestions. Any guidance on deleting unwanted UWP apps would be appreciated. Since not every app can be removed automatically, I’m considering restricting the full store app to only essential functions.
