Good call on the RAM sorry I missed that. The price difference between the 13900T and let’s say the 7600X (or non X) is absolutely huge. I suppose it depends on what sort of Motherboard works for me and whether it supports intel or AMD. How much better is the 13900T really though? The stats look amazing with max boost only drawing around 105w something which should be easily manageable.
The CR-95c blocks PCI slot 1 but fortunately most boards put their main PCI in the second slot, but it only just fits, so I wouldn’t be able to put anything on the other side of the GPU to dissipate more heat.
I also have a very good (OLD) audiotrak sound card, Prodigy HD2 HOT-ROD, which will need another slot too. So any motherboard with two PCI slots that isn’t in slot position 1 will work.

Hello everyone, just a quick update.
Slight change of plans regarding GPU.
I am gonna to attempt to passively cool the RTX 4060.
I am going with the Ryzen 7600 CPU for now.

Hello
In France, removing the GPU cooler means losing the warranty :-(
I lower the power consumption of my RTX 4060 to about 90-93 watts while keeping similar performance, but if you lower its clock speed or voltage, I believe a decent cooler like Core Morpheus 8069 could work.
All fanless GPUs on the market are poor value and costly for their performance.
The best option is the GTX 1650, which is inferior to the 780M APU found in portable devices.
I hope there will be a new AMD desktop processor release...
I’m testing this case Nox Hummer Vault (a clone of Sama, hard to find here)
NB : Sorry for my English
😀

What are your CPU needs?
Your X6-1090T is an outdated and underpowered processor.
It supports 6 threads with a passmark of 3739, and a single-thread rating of 1458.
PassMark - AMD Phenom II X6 1090T - Price performance comparison
TDP of 125w.
Are you seeking multithreaded batch processing or gaming?
Do you have a budget in mind?
How much improvement are you aiming for?
It appears you understand the limitations of your passive graphics card.
Still, ensure adequate airflow within the case.
