Please let me know if these components suit the games you mentioned. If you have any ideas, feel free to share. I’ll make sure they’re not too costly. Thank you.
The CPU is quite outdated and doesn't support DDR4, which means using DDR3 will already restrict the number of games you can play at a reasonable quality (unless you're willing to experience frame drops).
The GT710 is no longer supported by Nvidia; originally it supported cards up to the 980ti/960, but currently most non-RTX cards aren't supported.
The 4GB DDR5 RAM on the GPU, rather than VRAM, will significantly reduce bandwidth, making graphically demanding games nearly impossible even at medium settings.
The microphone and webcam come from brands I've never encountered before. I would have preferred a well-known brand for webcams like Logitech or Anker, and for microphones such as Razer or Trust.
I would ask how much you are paying for the PC part of this.
DDR3 isn't actually that much of a problem. As long as you have enough of it and 16GB is good enough for an entry level machine.
I do agree though that you shouldn't be buying an i7-860 or a GT730 today. GT730 is basically the cheapest still available GPU worth having, and that is not saying much.
Typical office PC turned into a light gamer with a GT730 is around $200 US. For that much you can build a better system if you scrounge for the right parts.
Ryzen 3200G for $50 offers integrated graphics significantly faster than the GT730.

Future upgrades can include a discrete GPU such as the RX6600.
Device options for peripherals are largely up to personal preference. A budget-friendly monitor at 1080p 75Hz works well, with 100Hz providing extra performance.
