Recent BIOS settings show voltage adjustments: SOC to 1.1V, memory to 1.4V. If these aren't sufficient, the situation may be unfavorable. Zen and Zen+ often maintain a minimum frequency of 2933MHz, which can be higher.

2nd Gen Ryzen requires manual handling; consider using 3200Mhz at 15-17-17-17-35 at 1.35V. Update DRAM timing settings and replace the specified parameters (tCL, tRCDRD, tRCDWR, tRP, tRAS). If issues persist, test with 3000Mhz using identical timings.
