I downloaded tekxit 2 and tekkit together in server mode on Technic. I also got the files from the launcher. When I uploaded, I renamed the Minecraft version to custom. The server started working until I realized it was running a vanilla Minecraft world without any mods. I tried using the renamed forge.jar file but it didn’t work. My question is: which .jar should I use so it doesn’t run vanilla? Should I create my own .jar file? What went wrong?

I'm unfamiliar with modded server clients, but you could check their Discord page for more info.
