04-18-2018, 11:59 PM #1Hi Everyone, I just got a new Acer laptop running Windows 10 (9750h and RTX 2070). I’m trying to set it up but most of the software I need won’t install properly. Some .exe and .msi files work fine, but others like my university programs and 7zip don’t. When I try to run them, I get an error saying the installation package can’t be opened. I’ve tried opening them with CMD or batch files, but nothing works. I found a way to install .msi files if they’re on the boot drive (C, which works then.
