I attempted to download drivers from the Asus website, but couldn't locate the correct one because it doesn't recognize it. I also tried assigning a drive partition via the command prompt, but encountered errors. It might be helpful to visit a local computer store or reach out to someone with expertise for assistance.

Did you download the .zip file and choose the INF file? You need to load one of the INF files into: IRST_Win7-8-81-10_64bit_V12801016_14501081\IRST\Driver\Windows10\Disk\64bit. Are you certain it's Windows 10 64-bit and that your system is set to the 64-bit version?

You're certain the system supports 64-bit, but no INF files appear in the expected location... Did I miss an important detail?

I located the appropriate drivers and had to clean the disk along with setting up new partitions using the command prompt. It worked successfully. Thank you!
