You encountered an issue during the Windows 10 installation where you couldn't create a new partition or find an existing one. This often happens after formatting or reinstalling. Try checking your drive letter assignment and ensuring the partition is properly recognized. If the problem persists, consider using the built-in disk management tool to troubleshoot further.

Check the instructions for the specific device. If it's in setup mode, follow the on-screen prompts or manual steps provided to complete the process.

Place your motherboard disk, tap "Load Drivers," then install the *.inf file for your SATA controller driver or motherboard chipset.

Visit your motherboard site to obtain the "inf" version of your SATA controller drivers. Insert the USB flash drive into your system. It's safe to remove it now since the setup is already in RAM. After installing the drivers, select the first 16MB partition, delete it, then repeat for the 111.8GB partition, creating a new file, choosing format, and proceeding with the next steps.
