On Saturday I tried this guide: How to Create a Custom Windows 11 Install Disk, With Only the Features You Need I removed the parts I didn’t want and kept the ones I did. helped me make a custom Windows ISO without unwanted components. It functioned well until I accidentally deleted too many parts and lost some needed features. I attempted again to be more careful, but uupdump.net has been down recently. I used various ISOs, including scripts from uupdump.net and mirrors like https://www.uupdump.cn/ and https://www.uup.ee/. Whenever I tried to exclude internet parts with the MSMG toolkit, they all showed an asterisk and couldn’t be marked. Someone with experience might know what went wrong. Please let me know.

if no one replies, I might consider asking on here -
https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads.../page-1316
as the developers of toolbox would be there. If anyone has an answer, they should share it.

Thank you, that provides a starting point. I inquired with them. I'm sure someone might have a resolution.

Another option is NTLite, which asserts it enables you to eliminate parts from the ISO.
