You're asking if the apps should remain available on storage even when switching between different users.

You're focusing on keeping your workspace tidy. That makes sense!

You can always block browsing of chosen folders by the user if you wish to prevent access to the programs you use. The permissions are truly excellent for an NTFS tool.

I don’t have funds for it and I’m unable to change my GPU between cases more than twice each day.

Based on your requirements, you might set up Linux on a thumb drive and connect or disconnect it whenever necessary.

In essence, what you're asking relates to making apps disappear from one user's device and instantly reappear for another. This isn't feasible in practice. You could automate it through scripts triggered at login or logout (Microsoft documentation link), but it feels unnatural. If upgrading hardware isn't an option, consider reinstalling Windows or restricting access by adjusting permissions. Alternatively, you might need to take a more direct approach.

Alternatively, if you're unsure about permissions, get an internal 2.5 HDD case, a budget second SSD, clone your system, delete all programs except the ones you need to share and swap disks whenever you like.
