Generate a bootable USB from a Mac.
I've already attempted boot camp for an unknown reason, but it didn't work. I've copied the ISO to a USB drive, so I'm unsure if that will help. If it doesn't, I need to figure out another approach. I'm considering using a virtual machine, though I'm still unsure how to proceed.
They don’t allow you to simply paste the ISO onto a USB drive. You need to create a bootable version using a tool such as Etcher.io
This link provides instructions for creating a Windows 10 USB drive using your Mac.
It could work too, since there are tools available. Similar to how Rufus serves for Windows, you can try https://www.balena.io/etcher/
The guide you referenced relies on the terminal, whereas Balena is a graphical application, so either could function, but Balena would be simpler to use.
Choose whichever method suits you best. Stick with the terminal if you're comfortable, or go with Etcher for a GUI-based approach.
