General idea of some problems

Hey, I’m new to Warzone 2.0 and haven’t managed to hit more than 70 frames per second despite tweaking many settings. So far, only a few in-game adjustments have helped my FPS by about 15 points. My system looks solid—CPU stays under 50% and GPU doesn’t exceed 30%. Check the screenshot below for my specs. Is the issue with the game itself or just my hardware?

I might be the game or another limitation. Have you tried executing Furmark and CPU-Z's stress test? Your GPU or CPU should reach full capacity with these tools.

Furmark is a GPU performance challenge. It launches a dynamic visual on your display using full GPU power, so expect near 100% CPU utilization while running the software. The same applies to CPU-Z's stress test, though it targets the CPU instead.
