I've just completed my custom setup and have been facing several software challenges. Being new to both SSD and HDD configurations, I've struggled with setting my HDD as the default drive and ensuring it's also my primary installation and download location. It's been quite frustrating. Plus, all the files I rely on for my PC were originally copied from my Mac's Boot Camp drive containing Windows 10 TECHNICAL PREVIEW. There are a few issues here. Yes, I've moved everything to a Windows 8.1 OS, which is what I'm using now... I understand, I'm really sorry, this must be a lot. Also, since I haven't used a product key to install Windows, it's not an official version. That's probably just part of the problem. To sum up: (And I haven't even addressed why this matters or what's causing the GeForce Experience issues) 1) My HDD files come from a Boot Camp partition on a Mac HDD 2) The files originated from Windows 10 Technical Preview 3) They were copied over to an unofficial Windows 8.1 version 4) My Windows 8.1 installation isn't genuine. So here we go—let's get straight to the point. I recently downloaded and installed GeForce Experience, regardless of whether it's on my HDD or SSD, and I have NVIDIA files on both drives. It functioned perfectly until suddenly it stopped working. When this happened, I was using Norton as my antivirus, but it never caused this before. Also, it appeared even before I activated Norton. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions for these issues, I'd really appreciate it.

It seems you’d benefit from a clean setup. Please reinstall and relocate all necessary files to a single location. If needed, restore any settings from the old system. Use genuine Windows for reliability.

In Programs and Features, select Geforce Experience, run the repair or change option, then restart the program.
