Adjust the options if you prefer assistance, then reduce the texture quality level by one step.

I set it up on my own, and it functions properly now.

The 3.5Gb problem has less impact now since a driver update was released. It remains present, but reaching peak performance usually requires hitting the limits. The performance drop likely stems from insufficient VRAM, so you probably don’t need to push yourself too hard to get better results.

It mentions around 2.7GB of VRAM usage and achieves 60 frames per second. Increasing the settings would likely drop below 60 FPS.

All I'm seeing is that you want to upgrade or something. You get what you pay for man, there's nothing else I can say as you're using your card at its optimal limits.

I'm searching for optimal game configurations. MSAA isn't recommended, and GeForce Experience boosts it to 2x. I noticed GTA V also runs well on my CPU, which might explain the issue. My Core i5-3570 likely won't cope with this setting.

Multi Sampling Anti Aliasing works well on a 1080p display, so double sampling is acceptable. For a 4K screen, consider upgrading your card. If you want optimal results, let us know whether you prioritize frame rate or image quality.

You need smooth performance at 60 frames per second.

Adjust the GeForce settings to optimize performance. The configuration targets approximately 60 FPS during typical gameplay.
